Customized for Your Rugs
Every job we take on is a little different. When we are planning out the work we will do for you, we'll customize our approach based on a number of factors. This will include things like what type of rug you have, which areas are the dirtiest, how the floors are used, and much more. For example, we may take a different approach when working on an antique area rug than we would a standard carpet. In addition, we will look at carpets in an area where dogs regularly come in and out of the home differently than in an area with no pets. This information will help us to ensure you get the results you are looking for.
Finding Stains & Smells First
In almost all situations it is best to identify the problem areas on a rug or carpet and start there. This means looking for any stains, spots, and smells that may be present. By starting with these areas, we can make sure that they look the way they should before we go over the entire area. In addition, it is often necessary to use specialized products or techniques to get smells and stains out of carpet.
